Search Lighthouse stores only the data needed to diagnose search visibility, keep history, and operate your workspace.

Uploaded data

Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster exports are used to generate diagnostics, reports, trend history, fix plans, and monitoring requested by the workspace owner.

Access tokens

Google Search Console OAuth tokens are stored server-side, encrypted when GOOGLE_TOKEN_ENCRYPTION_KEY is configured, never exposed to browser code, and removable from dashboard settings.

Reports

Authenticated dashboard reports belong to the user workspace. Public free-scan links are intended for the user who requested the scan.

Retention

Search Lighthouse keeps saved domains, reports, trend snapshots, usage events, and fix task history so users can compare actions against outcomes over time.
